A dedicated manager is available for associations seeking 8 to 38 hours support a week.

Associations requiring less than 8 hours a week may prefer to seek assistance with specific tasks, rather than having a staffed office.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
A COMPLETE SOLUTION

A key service your dedicated manager is able to undertake is the updating and maintenance of your association’s website. We recommend a WordPress based site that has very low ongoing costs, is flexibility and easily managed. We are able to provide hosting and backup facilities. Our experience has been associations save significant amounts by bringing their information technology ‘in-house’ by reducing website hosting fees and IT consultant fees.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Managing the finances of an association can be one of the most important roles of a committee and one of the most stressful. It doesn’t need to be. We provide day-to-day management of your finances including bank account reconciliation, tracking income and expenses, issuing invoices, creating payments for authorisation and generating reports.

We establish and manage online banking and accounting facilities that deliver transparency, efficiency and accuracy.

ASSOCIATION DATABASE

We provide an association database to manage members, functions, professional development courses and other activities of your association. Through our database we manage your membership renewals, send regular email updates to members and track membership details.

Your manager will look after all aspects of your membership database for you.

MERCHANT FACILITIES

As part of our standard service we provide your association with a merchant facility. We make it easy for members to join and pay their renewals online. Of course, functions and other activities can also be booked and paid for online.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Your conference manager can manage your social media platforms and upload media from the committee on a regular basis.

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT & ENGAGEMENT

This is our core service and is the first priority for most clients. Your dedicated manager will look after your members from when they join, payments, answering questions and replying to emails. Your dedicated manager becomes the initial point of contact for the association.

MEMBER UPDATES

Regular member updates can be sent quickly and easily. We recommend direct emails to members in two formats: regular, short eBlasts on a weekly basis and a longer monthly newsletter and update. eBlasts are usually a single topic update that is predominantly text based and quickly read by the recipient. A newsletter would typically include more content, topics and graphics.

DETAILED REPORTING

Associations run on numbers. Budgets, financial versus unfinancial members, profit & loss statements, income streams and expense items, balance sheets are required for informed decisions … we provide the systems to report the numbers you need to develop your association.

COMMUNICATION
